PROJECT MANAGER 
Manage construction projects beginning to end working with Owners, sub-contractors, architects & TFCH team. Ensure homes are built to code, on-time & on budget. Manage equipment, materials & manpower. Evaluate risks, resolve problems, delegate & monitor quality on-site. 

Qualifications: 
• BS/BA degree in construction related field and or Master Carpentry Skills 
• Experience managing construction budgets, materials & equipment 
• Knowledge of Office, engineering, estimating & drafting software & strong computer skills 
• Highly organized, proactive, excellent communication, multitasking & time management skills 

Total compensation in the low six figures with health insurance, 401k, Profit share, & paid vacation.
