Full Time Welder/Fitter

Ryan Manufacturing is seeking a Welder/Fitter to become an integral part of our team!

This is a full-time, on-site role and cannot be conducted remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Lays out, positions, and secures parts and assemblies according to specifications using appropriate tools
• Use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal components and repair existing metal components.
• Determines required equipment and welding method.
• Fit structural steel and use fitter tools (tape, square, level)
• Weld solid wire, flux, core, stick (7018)
• Must be able to drive a forklift.

Requirements:

• Must have valid driver’s license (without infractions)
• Observe/follow safety precautions.
• Must have proficiency with tools mentioned.
• Must be a team player and work well with others.

Pay: Based on weld test and work experience

Benefits: Paid holidays, one week’s paid vacation after one year and two weeks after year six
