HVAC/R SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Pay Rage: $45,000 UP TO $160,000

You will service & repair split & packaged Heat & AC systems, refrigeration equipment, boilers, Cambridge units, unit heaters, radiant heaters, mini splits, VRF's, ice machines & hot food equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC Components & wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills
• EPA Universal Certification 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Start Up of New Equipment
• Extensive Experience in commercial building & restaurant repairs
• Work on Cooler & Freezers, Walk in & Reach in types
• Inspect & perform equipment repairs & replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies & procedures
