Salary: Starting Pay: $15.50-$16.00 per hour; Raises given as employees cross-train and learn new skills within the pizzeria.

Schedule: 8 hours per day, daytime shift/Sundays

Duties:

• Reading tickets and assembling pizza orders accurately and efficiently.
• Proper training will be provided.
• Preparing pizza dough, including stretching and shaping it into the desired size and thickness.
• Applying toppings, sauces, and cheese to pizzas according to customer preferences.
• Operating pizza ovens and ensuring pizzas are cooked to perfection.
• Monitoring cooking times and temperatures to avoid overcooking or undercooking.
• Cutting pizzas into slices or portions and packaging them for takeout or delivery.
• Handling customer inquiries and special requests regarding pizza orders.
• Maintaining a clean and organized pizza preparation area.
• Restocking ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth pizza-making operations.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure food quality and customer safety.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly.
• Cleaning, sweeping, and mopping.
• Maintaining the highest quality standards.
