Role and Responsibilities:

▸Supervise and coordinate the remodeling project from start to finish.

▸Lead a team of tradespeople, fostering teamwork and ensuring project timelines are met.

▸Interpret blueprints, provide direction, and maintain open communication with team members.

▸Monitor project progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with industry standards.

▸Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth project flow.

▸Train new upcoming tradesmen in remodeling.

Requirements:

▸Proven experience in construction, with a focus on remodeling and renovations.

▸Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a team effectively.

▸Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents.

▸Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

▸Commitment to safety protocols and industry regulations.

▸Driver’s license & reliable vehicle

▸Be able to train new hires

▸Must be able lift at least 50 pounds

▸5+ year construction remodel & new construction experience

▸*MUST* Pass a background check

▸Must be able to drive a truck & trailer.
